OSX Bezier patch source for download.

 Back
After much ado, I have finally converted the PowerPC Bezier surface
patch generator for use in OSX Xcode/PB, with the example program using
OpenGL to demonstrate its capabilities.
It generates Bezier surface patches (for 3D terrains, objects with
variable LOD etc) much faster than standard impementations and is
available to be used freely for any purpose.  It can be found at:

http://www.axora.net/AsmQuadBezPatchOSX/
FastAsmPowerPCBezierSurfacePatchOSX.zip

I would be interested to hear of performance on various machines as it
shouldn't break a sweat on ridiculously-detailed 10,000 vertex patches
(maximum setting on the test app) on G4 500Mhz or above - note that it
re-generates the whole surface per frame, just to show off :oP

Regards,
    Jose.

Death, taxes and Microsoft.  If you put it that way, the first two
don't seem so bad.
