No I haven't - but the problem is, I don't have time to contact (let alone
find!) every site that decides to do this, and there are plenty of sites
out there who are likely to take up this method and would not respond to
such requests.
I would much rather just prevent this from being possible, and be in
control of how my games are displayed, rather than chasing up on these kind
of things when I happen to find out about it!
